Project Title: Kohi +
Location: Kohimarama, Auckland
Design: 2008
Text: A simple addition to an existing home on a steep slope in a residential area: The existing split level configuration is to be demolished, and a double storey timber pavilion attached to the west face of the existing structure. A simple monopitch roof is articulated to define the street facade, while openings are kept to a minimum, so as to maintain privacy.
